Type 2 COMPACT in a WC cubicle

April 10, 2026

Type 2 COMPACT is ideal for washroom applications. Our Technical Manager, Phil Hall, explains why.

Video commentary:

Hi, I'm Phil Hall, technical manager at Button-fix. Our new Type 2 COMPACT is ideal for washrooms and toilet cubicles. Here we're going to show you some ways of using them.

Here we're panelling the duct at the back of the cubicle. For easy access, use the push-on Fixes. For extra security, go for the drop-down Fixes. They both work in the same positions and on the same Buttons.

And if you ever need to renew a panel, using the Fix Marker tools makes this incredibly easy. No need to measure. Simply use the tools to mark the screw positions on the back of the new panel. A seamless repair with no visible screws.
